Dr. Amanda Yarbrough is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 12 years of experience. She specializes in lifestyle medicine, primary care, and substance use treatment. As the founder of Wholesome Wellness in Valparaiso, IN, Dr. Yarbrough is devoted to addressing the unique concerns of each of her patients by taking a full-body approach. Her mission is to help patients achieve optimal health through personalized care. Dr. Yarbrough graduated from Loyola University Chicago before moving on to earn her nursing degree at Valparaiso University. She is a proud member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
I highly recommend Wholesome and Wellness to everyone. Dr. Amanda has captured the essence of wellness, not only her professional and caring attitude, but the clinic atmosphere,as well. I drive an extra 15 miles further now, that’s how much I recommend this clinic.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Amanda since before WW opened, let’s just say… I followed her! I’ve never received better care, and I’ve never had a more genuinely caring and compassionate medical professional. I’m grateful for Dr Amanda, she goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need help with. I have a wide array of issues that she helps me to treat. She gets prior authorizations taken care of immediately with insurance, and she takes the time she needs to spend with each patient to make sure they’re getting spectacular care.
